Well, this team in Grimsby have done just that, and are on the lookout for 3 Software Engineers to help them deliver on one of the largest projects they’ve taken on. To give you an idea of scale, this business units brings in over £1B every year – and they’re looking to implement an AWS event-based messaging system.

Tech wise, they’re using C# and .NET Core, all hosted on AWS. They also use Docker, Microservices, Containers and Kubernetes, DynamoDB, REST APIs, Kafka, Terraform and React – so you’ll spend lots of times learning new things and playing with new toys.

Salary wise, they’re really open, as they’re looking for people at all stages of their career. But I can see them paying up to £50,000 DOE.

They’ve implemented a hybrid/remote working environment, so you’d need to be able to commit to working onsite in Grimsby a couple of times a week.
